Melody Badget is a highly accomplished C-suite executive, leading partnerships, and sustainability, strategy, and business development initiatives across early-stage and multi-national companies and nonprofits. Melody holds a BSBA and MBA from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

Melody is a former management consultant with Deloitte Consulting, IBM Consulting — Global Services, and an entrepreneur. She played a pivotal role in the growth of Mainspring, an internet strategy consulting startup focused on applying digital technology to business, which was later acquired by IBM. Her journey continued with the establishment of IBM's Institute for Business Value, where she served as a senior manager. Additionally, Melody's leadership as a founding Managing Director of a global alliance of 1,200 companies centered around environmental philanthropy, in partnership with Patagonia to create 1% for the Planet, highlights her unique blend of experience in strategy consulting, environmental initiatives, and business acumen. Leading a global nonprofit organization to successful expansion in 44 countries required her to excel in effective partnership building and relationship management at every stage.
