He excels in organizational development, leadership and change management, and business processes, drawing from his knowledge of social science, politics, and complex organizations.

Dr. Kingston has extensive experience in consulting and industry, specializing in business strategy, sustainable business, organizational behavior and culture, transnational projects, program and talent development, and leadership and change management in complex cultural and organizational settings. He's also an entrepreneurial individual who has started several successful ventures.

Dr. Kingston is an accomplished teacher, trainer, and coach with prestigious fellowships and tenured professorships in three separate disciplines at distinguished schools. He is known for his intelligence, strength of character, and passion for learning, which enable him to achieve extraordinary results.

Martyn also has a strong background in competitive sports, having excelled as a player, coach, and managing director. He has initiated and developed numerous stand-out rugby programs, earning a reputation as a skilled and visionary leader.
